Paul Natividad has successfully launched/developed businesses in the Marketing, Automotive Performance, Real Estate and Finance sectors. Real Estate has been his main focal point of growth as he has been in this industry for 18 years. 

 

He began his career through a different avenue which was franchising starting with Prudential Real Estate. Paul continued with Berkshire Hathaway after they acquired the Prudential network. The brand experienced exponential growth as he contributed to the team retaining the existing network and expanding into new territories. One of his top mentors who was the first President for Realty ONE Group brought him over to grow that new and exciting company.

Leveraging the knowledge he obtained scaling and building with large brands paved the way for his success in other lucrative verticals including wellness, luxury lifestyle memberships, consulting, and investments. Paul has expanded beyond his Real Estate Brokerage and Escrow company to be a part of the innovative company, Strata Lending. Together with his extraordinary partners they are building a legacy in the lending industry that will withstand the test of time!
